Peninsula Private Hospital is undergoing a major redevelopment that will see the construction of four new operating theatres, two new procedure rooms, a new four-bed HDU unit, and a refurbishment of the Medical ward. The redevelopment is part of Peninsula Private Hospital's commitment to providing the highest level of care to its patients, and to meeting the growing demand for healthcare services in the North Brisbane region.
The new operating theatres will be equipped with the latest technology and will allow Peninsula Private Hospital to offer a wider range of surgical procedures. The new procedure rooms will be used for a variety of diagnostic and treatment services, including minor surgery, endoscopy, and colonoscopy.
The new four-bed HDU unit will provide a higher level of care for patients who require close monitoring after surgery or other medical procedures. The refurbishment of the Medical ward will create a more comfortable and home-like environment for patients, and will also improve the efficiency of the ward.
The redevelopment is scheduled to commence in July 2023 and be completed by January 2025. During the construction period, Peninsula Private Hospital will continue to operate as usual with minor changes and impact on the hospital's business.

Buildcorp is a leading Australian construction company with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and on budget.
The redevelopment is due for completion early 2025.
During the construction period, our hospital will continue to operate as usual.
